For General Scholarship: Passed Class 12th with 60% marks (2023-24/2024-25/2025-26) and taken admission in 2026-27 for degree course.
For Special Scholarship: Passed Class 10th with 60% marks (2023-24/2024-25/2025-26) and taken admission in 2026-27 for 10+2/Diploma/ITI.
Income Limit: Parent’s annual income should not exceed ₹ 4,50,000/-.
Scholarship is for Economically Weaker Sections only.

Selection Process

Merit-based Selection: Based on percentage of marks in Class 10th or 12th.
Tie-breaking: If same marks, preference to lower income family.
Financial Assessment: If still tie, LIC officials assess financial needs.
Gender Quota: 50% reserved for girls (40 boys + 40 girls for General; 20 boys + 20 girls for Special).
Waiting List: Maintained for categories where quota is exhausted.
Selected candidates are informed through email.

Renewal Conditions (To Continue Scholarship)

Medical & Engineering: Must secure at least 55% marks in previous exam. Pass all subjects.
Graduation & Other Courses: Must secure at least 50% marks in previous exam. Pass all subjects.
Special Scholarship: Must secure at least 50% marks in 1st Year exam. Pass all subjects.
Failure to meet criteria = scholarship discontinued.
Grace Marks/Failed Subjects: Not eligible for scholarship even if overall percentage is met.
Attendance: Must have regular attendance as per college norms.
