UP PGT Teacher Online Form 2026 – Important Instructions

Applications must be submitted online only through the official website. No other mode is allowed.
All candidates must complete One Time Registration (OTR) before filling the online form.
The online application must be filled in English language only.
Upload photo (30 KB – 300 KB, 300×600 pixels) and signature (10 KB – 200 KB, 140×110 pixels).
All uploaded documents must be in PDF format (50 KB – 500 KB).
Category, sub-category, date of birth and gender cannot be changed after final submission.
Application fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other application.
If multiple applications are submitted, only the final submitted application will be considered valid.
Wrong or hidden information will lead to cancellation of candidature and debarment from future exams.
Use only black ball point pen for filling OMR sheet; use of whitener or other pens is prohibited.
Candidates must bring black ball point pen to the exam hall.
