UP Special TET Online Form 2026 – Important Instructions
Only OTR based online application is accepted; no other mode of application will be valid.
All candidates must complete One Time Registration (OTR) before filling the online form.
Primary/Upper Primary teachers must enter their eHRMS code in the application form.
Special Teachers (CWSN) must enter valid CRR number and RCI registration certificate number.
The online application must be filled in English language only.
Upload photo, signature and certificates in the prescribed format and size.
Application fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other application.
If multiple applications are submitted, only the final submitted application will be considered valid.
Category, sub-category, date of birth and gender cannot be changed after final submission.
Wrong or hidden information will lead to cancellation of candidature and debarment from future exams.
Download the admit card from the official website; exam centre once allotted will not be changed.
Use only black ball point pen for filling OMR sheet; use of whitener or other pens is prohibited.
PwD candidates can avail scribe facility as per government orders; scribe must be arranged by the candidate.
Any dispute shall be resolved by submitting a representation to the Commission first.
