Selection Process (Simple Steps)

Step 1 – English Typing Test: 10 minutes, 40 wpm speed. Qualifying only. 3% mistakes allowed.
Step 2 – English Shorthand Test: SPA: 110 wpm | PA: 100 wpm. 5 min dictation + 45 min transcription. Best of two attempts. 120 marks (SPA) / 110 marks (PA). 5% mistakes allowed.
Step 3 – Main (Descriptive) Exam: Essay (40 marks), Letter Writing (15 marks), Grammar & Comprehension (25 marks), Translation (20 marks). Total 100 marks. 120 minutes. Minimum 50% for General, 45% for Reserved.
Step 4 – Interview: 15 marks. No minimum qualifying marks.
Final Merit: Based on Shorthand Test + Descriptive Exam + Interview marks. Typing Test is qualifying only.

SPA और PA दोनों पदों के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन करें और अलग फीस जमा करें।
आयु सीमा 01 जनवरी 2026 को 18 से 32 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए (आरक्षित वर्गों को छूट)।
OBC आरक्षण केवल दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा जारी OBC प्रमाणपत्र वाले उम्मीदवारों को मिलेगा।
PwBD आरक्षण केवल OL, BL, LC, Dw, AAV, ASD, SLD, MI और Multiple Disabilities वालों को मिलेगा।
चयन प्रक्रिया में 4 चरण हैं – टाइपिंग टेस्ट (क्वालीफाइंग), शॉर्टहैंड टेस्ट, डिस्क्रिप्टिव परीक्षा, और इंटरव्यू।
शॉर्टहैंड टेस्ट में गलती पर नकारात्मक अंकन – पूरी गलती पर 4 अंक, आधी गलती पर 2 अंक कटेंगे।
डिस्क्रिप्टिव परीक्षा में न्यूनतम उत्तीर्ण अंक – सामान्य वर्ग के लिए 50%, आरक्षित वर्ग के लिए 45%।
परीक्षा के किसी भी चरण में आने के लिए कोई TA/DA नहीं दिया जाएगा।
सुधार विंडो 12-14 अक्टूबर 2026 तक खुली रहेगी – पहली बार ₹200, दूसरी बार ₹500।
