Visit the official UPSSSC website: upsssc.gov.in.
Go to “Live Advertisement” and click on Advt. No. 19-Exam/2026.
Login: Use your PET 2025 Registration Number and OTP (sent to registered mobile/email).
Fill the application form – personal details will auto-populate from PET 2025. Enter your educational qualification details.
Verify the pre-filled photo and signature (cannot be changed).
Fill other details (permanent address, any additional qualification).
Accept the declaration and pay the online process fee of ₹ 25/-.
