Selection Process :

Stage 1: Computer-Based MCQ Test (3 hours, 120 questions, 480 marks).
Stage 2: Document Verification – shortlisted candidates called for verification of original documents.
Stage 3: Medical Examination – as per BSNL medical standards.
Final Merit List: Based on total marks in the online exam (subject to minimum qualifying marks in each section and overall).
Training & Probation: Selected candidates undergo Phase-I (10 weeks), Field (4 weeks), Phase-II (6 weeks) training. Probation period is 2 years.
Bond: ₹6 Lakh bond to serve BSNL for at least 5 years from the date of appointment.

Seniority: 60% weightage to exam marks + 40% weightage to Phase-I training marks. In case of tie, older candidate gets seniority.
