• Educational Qualification: No educational qualification prescribed.
• Experience: Must have 1 year of cleaning experience in any Urban Local Body of Rajasthan.
• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01.01.1962, or a person of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries.
• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan. For Scheduled Area posts, only local residents of Scheduled Areas in Rajasthan are eligible.

• Women: 30% horizontal reservation (including 8% for widows and 2% for deserted/divorced women within the women quota).
• Ex-Servicemen: 15% reservation (category-wise). Only Rajasthan domicile ex-servicemen are eligible.
• Outstanding Sportspersons: 2% horizontal reservation for sportspersons who meet the criteria as per state government notification.
• Divyangjan (Persons with Disabilities): 4% horizontal reservation as per Rajasthan Divyangjan Rights Rules, 2018.
• EWS (Economically Weaker Section): 10% vertical reservation as per state government notifications.
• Extremely Backward Class (EBC): 5% reservation (non-creamy layer) as per state government notification.
• Scheduled Area: 475 posts reserved for local residents of Scheduled Areas of Rajasthan only.

• Lottery System (Computerized Draw): Selection will be based on a computerised lottery process developed by the Department of Information Technology & Communication, Rajasthan.
• Preference Order for Lottery:
  1. Candidates with 1-year experience in the same Urban Local Body.
  2. If seats remain, candidates with 1-year experience in other Urban Local Bodies of the same district.
  3. If still seats remain, candidates with 1-year experience in any Urban Local Body of the state.
• Document Verification & Medical Test: Selected candidates must produce original documents, a medical fitness certificate, and undergo police verification.

• Visit the official SSO portal: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in or the departmental portal: https://lsg.urban.rajasthan.gov.in.
• Login with your SSO ID. Complete One Time Registration (OTR) if not done earlier. Pay the registration fee.
• Select the ‘Recruitment Portal’ under Citizen apps (G2C) and choose the desired Urban Local Body.
• Fill the online application form carefully. All information must match the OTR profile.
• Capture a live photo and upload signature/thumb impression as per guidelines.
• Submit the application before 28 September 2026 (11:59 PM). A unique Application ID will be generated upon successful submission.
• Take a printout of the final submitted application for future reference.

Important: Apply only in one Urban Local Body. Multiple applications will lead to cancellation.
