Salary & Benefits
Apart from the basic salary, selected candidates will be entitled to various allowances and benefits, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), National Pension System (NPS) employer contribution, medical facilities, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), and Children’s Education Allowance, as per Government of India rules and IIT Kanpur regulations in force from time to time. |
